Dibrugarh City Guide

The beautiful city of Upper Assam, Dibrugarh is situated about 435kms north east of Guwahati. Dibrugarh is popularly known as the 'Tea City of India' as it produces the highest quantity of tea in the country. Dibrugarh is also an important city in terms of health and medical facilities as the first medical college of Assam, the Assam Medical College was established here. Do not forget to visit the splendid Joypur Rain Forest which is known for rare flora and fauna species. A religious trip and visit to Koli Aai Than is a must in Dibrugarh!
